I really liked the unusual element chosen by Andre Dschroder, Interior designer. I like the fact that is something different that seemed to have a story behind it..maybe a trip or a present from somebody special..but it is a conversational piece that tells a story.

When accessorizing the house, I find myself particularly attracted to things that have a meaning behind it, that tells a a story. Growing up my mother treasured all plates pass from generation to generation, things she found in her trips..and I didn't quite get then...but today I do!
Andrea Drschroder , was one of the contestants from Top Design. And although her design style was sometimes labeled as predictable I think here she got out of her comfort zone!
