<span class=

Did you overate through out the weekend? Maybe you had a little bit more drinks than needed?

Well let me hep you get back on track with easy to follow tips from the Fabulous Bethenny Frankel  from her book "Naturally Thin".

Eat gently, cleansing, easily digestible foods that will naturally flush excess water from your system..

De-Bloating Foods
Melons (specially cantaloupe)
Asparagus
Cucumbers
Apple Cider Vinegar
Celery

If you want to take it to the next level keep reading for a great Recovery Soup Recipe.

Zucchini Soup

1 medium red onion, evenly chopped
Nonstick cooking spray
6 cups chicken stock
6 medium-size zucchini, evenly chopped
salt & pepper
12oz frozen butternut squash, defrosted
1 cup plain soy milk
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1.Saute onion in large pot using non-stick cooking spray, until slightly soft. Add the chicken stock or broth, zucchini, salt, and pepper. cook until zucchini are soft.
2. Using a hand immersion blender, puree the onion-zucchini mixture until smooth. Add the defrosted butternut squash. Turn off the heat and add the soy milk and lemon juice. Season with more slat and pepper, to taste.

I tried the soup without soymilk and it was pretty good!

This sounds lovely to eat and so very refreshing. I also enjoy a little lemon in my water, cucumber slices and mint tea to detox.

Hi, welcome to SITS girls. Apparently I'm already on the diet ~ I had asparagus for lunch, and a twist of key lime in my water for breakfast. Who knew?
