Green Wednesday: Veggies & Fruit you must buy Organic

You do not need to go Organic all the way to have the healthiest diet possible. But investing in veggies and fruits that will have the greater impact on your health is the way to go.

There are at least 12 produce that you should buy Organic yes or yes. The reason behind it is the amount of pesticide that trespasses the skin plus the amount of pesticide they get. So, no matter how much you wash them or if you take out the skin you will still be eating chemicals!

This is great information. I always knew pesticides penetrated the skins of produce, but I never knew which ones I needed to buy organic, and which ones I would be ok buying non organic. Thanks!
