I posted this drink in the past but it truly is the best way to finish a hard week of work. ..plus I can never get enough of everything from Victoria Amory. It really is to-die-for! Simple, easy to put together (no complication for a Friday night) plus extremely fresh and tasty!
Is so simple yet very tasty.
Ingredients
1 ripe watermelon, seeded and pureed, about 4 to 5 cups
1 cup of vodka
Juice of 2 limes
Preparation
Strain the watermelon pulp through a fine-mesh strainer to get rid of as much pulp as possible. Combine the watermelon juice, vodka and lime juice in a glass 2-quart pitcher. Fill 6 iced-tea glasses with ice and pour some of the drink into each.
..and voila you have a fabulous drink in 5 minutes from Victoria Amory!
