I personally feel it helps with my cravings.
Cinnamon: it's anti-inflammatory and contains calcium, magnesium and fiber. it helps reduce cravings by stabilizing blood sugar. I usually just put in on my coffee (specially when I am buying it)..it just goes automatically. A friend of mine pours a little bit when making coffee and mix it before brewing it.
