Good Morning Darlings...! As you are reading this post I am probably up in the air on my way to LA! It's only a two day trip..but I'm so excited! I think I mentioned it before but the reason of my trip is to participate in a gourmet/interactive lunch and cooking demo to learn all the new avocado dishes to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style!!! So I hope you like avocado..because I'll be bringing the latest yummy recipes!!
I am taking my camera....so cross your fingers that I get good pictures!!

I am on a plane too, leaving L.A.! I never ate so many avacados in my life! Delicious! Seriously, California has great food. I'm gonna have to hit the treadmill next week. Have fun! xo
