In need of some decor inspiration to celebrate 5 de Mayo..how about decorating with tissue paper and cactus? It's easy, you probably have some around the house and you can get the small cactus at your local grocery store..! Now, you only need some fabulous guacamole, some frozen skinny girl margarita...or if you one to try a new tequila drink (also low in cal) go for a Paloma! Some easy combo fajitas..and for dessert some mango & California avocado..and voila you are all set..and ready to join the Mexican victory over the French at the battle of Puebla!
Here is how you can do your own streamers and drink flags!!
For more recipes you can visit California Avocado..they have a great selection!
Since it's in the middle of the week...I am going to try and have lunch with some friends and then keep the celebration going in our house with the kids..!
How about you, what are your plans?
Hope you had a fabulous Monday!
