vintage florals...

Hi everyone, I've enlisted in some great guest bloggers this week, which is always fun! Today we have the lovely Sarah from Haute Design sharing some Summer inspiration... a beautiful post as always! Hope you're all having a great day! – Daniella

Hello, this is Sarah from Haute Design, sharing some of my favorite Summer living inspiration with you today:

Soft, sweet floral tones of pale celadon, mint, cream, lilacs, and rose, combine for a luxurious and light Summer palette. And who to accomplish this ease other than the infamous Rachel Ashwell. She has such a way of bringing the perfect elements together to create such a romantic feel — with just enough personality and comfort to live in.

I love her constant use of florals in many forms to help achieve this look and feel — whether they be tossed in an weathered vase, strewn in an otherwise dull corner, are seen in a painting or two on the wall, part of a chandelier, or in a variety of plush and inviting linens...

"I'd rather have roses on my table than diamonds on my neck." - Emma Goldman
