Kate Moss for Longchamp

Longchamp has released pictures of Kate Moss’s first range for the brand. The collection centers around three themes of Rock’n'Casual, Rock’n'Travel and Rock’n'Glam and it will be launched at The Ritz during the haute couture week in Paris.

Love the glam video...specially the house, oh so very french.

BTW the Walk-a-Thon was a success...!! But after handling 400 kids plus teachers and parents...let's just say I am ready of my glass of wine a little bit earlier!! But the sense of accomplishment I have makes me want to do it all over again ( I guess that is how I end up always getting caught in saying yes....)

Lovely Room

Hope your Wednesday is going great! It's 5pm here in Florida and I am about to seat down for lunch..yes lunch! I'm co-chair of a Walk-a-thon at my son's school..and tomorrow is the big day!! So please keep your fingers cross...!! DO you also have these grandiose ideas of fabulous events and the day before it you are wondering why did you sign up on the first place? Anyway, I thought this picture with two of my favourite things was appropriate for today...gold mirror and chandeliers!! And love how the strait lines of the chair bring the decor down..not to mention the simple yet chic flower bouquet!

Monday Flowers

Your probably have seen this picture before but I lovee it and it is the right amount of pink and light that I need for the cloudy Monday we are having today.

How was your weekend? I am so happy we where able to go to an antique fair yesterday on Miami Beach...love all the people watching...there's so much inspiration! I bought a pair of vintage earrings with clips that I am going to attach to one of my dull black pumps and bring them back to life!!

Celine Spring RTW 2010 Collection ~ Full of Inspiration

I am very excited with the second collection Phoebe Philo does for Celine. "
Phoebe Philo always had an uncanny gift for defining exactly what cool women want to wear."- quoted by Vicky Woods For Vogue October 2009... and I could not have agreed more!

The Spring RTW 2010 is a strong contemporary minimalist collection full of rich basics but in a classy utilitarianism sexy kind of way. Done using a very restraint color palette of camel, beige, white, and black...Phoebe designed a collection that is full of inspiration for the everyday ("Fabulous") woman!

Here are a couple of trends from the collection that I like:

1. Military Trend: military jackets are back..but used in a different kind of way (in a more chic & sophisticated way...).
2. High-waist, wide-leg pants! Even though I am not a fan of wearing long waist-pants I have to say the style is kind of growing in me. Love the minimalist vibe of these outfits and how the fine leather tees bring some sexiness to the look.
3. I never though a leather dress could be chic..but she did it! I also love the simple leather skirts she used through her collection and how chic using camel all the way looks. Now is the perfect time to go over my old leather clothes and see if I can have them tailored!!
4. Don't you looove those white blouses?? Love the third look...white shirt with the mini black leather skirt, so basic yet it looks stunning!
5. Phebe is not that much about shoulder-pads but yes about details, details & details on those shoulders!!
6. Love of the wedges sandals that made every single look worked!!! They have such a spring vibe to it...although I have to say not very practical for every day running around, but I love how they tone down certain outfits.

My fav are #2, 7, 12, 13 & 18! How about?? Do you like the collection?? What do you like the most about it??

A fabulous table setting

I can never get enough of Sunday Suppers..the food looks fabulous, but what I like even better is the ambiance they create for their events!

Love this table setting..so full of great ideas. I have been looking for the right opportunity to have a table where I can have a center wood piece...doesn't it look fabulous? I also love the use of feather and the menu displayed in a vintage ornate mirror!

Looks like today is going to be a day of non stop to-dos...! Which is great if I can get aa many as them of the list. Still a little cold here in Florida (which in a way is great because I get more time to keep working on my exercise routine!!). I am treating my exercise as an addict " only for today" and so far that has help[ed exercise everyday for the last week!

Kristy Brinkley's very whimsical bedroom..

How was your weekend!and even better, how is your Monday going so far?

I was able to catch up on my lovely magazines yesterday when I stumble upon Mrs Kristy Brinkley's home! Don't you just love her bedroom? I never really thought about adding a large golden mirror (my new obsession, did I mentioned?) to a nightstand...but this is definitely a plus in my world! Another fantastic thing about her bedroom, 5 ( cinco, five, cinq) chandeliers are hanging from the sky blue ceiling...oh so very French!!

By the way, last night I was twitting my way through the Golden Globes teasing that Penelope Cruz probably checked my blog here before going to the fabulous event...!!
