Lauren Santo Domingo’s Scrapbook...! Who knew scrapbooking could be so chic!

<span class=

"I've been pulling inspiration images and items into little books and using them as reference when I’m working."
~Lauren Santo Domingo

I learned about LSD scrapbooks when featured her NY apartment last month... but never thought we could actually be able to see what was inside...! I have been collection tearsheets and putting together moodboards since I was a little girl... but I could never file all my magazine inspiration the way I wanted to, and my moodboards are constantly evolving so I never actually capture what they looked like at one given point...! I'm so inspired by her books that I'm definitely giving scrapbooking a try {...wuaw I'm actually excited about it}!! Have you ever scrapbook? .. or do you have moodboards, etc?

so interesting. love the idea of seeing someones photos/pages/notes in a scrapbook. there is still something great about touching and looking at paper, even though I do love the web

i tried scrapbook a while back, but just never really got into it. However, i do have a huge binder full or magazine pictures that inspire me. so i suppose that kind of the same thing. Its quite nice to look back at all of them

I do keep all my inspiration snippets in pretty folders and binders which keeps it organised. Mood boards are fun too.

I dont exactly have a scrapbook but I have binders and oodles of albums with tons and tons of pictures, articles, recipes..etc..whatever inspires me. I go back often and reflect on these items and its amazing that even in things from 10 years ago I still love them! At least I am consistent!
Lauren has a lot of great personal style.

I have file boxes full of tears sheets from fashion, home, and garden magazines dating back almost 30 years. One full wall of my office is corked and it's sort of an inspiration board when a print project doesn't monopolize it (I'm a graphic designer). The front of my refrigerator serves as an inspiration board as well. I've been taping and pinning dreams to my walls as far back as I can remember.
