Spring Wedding Inspiration: A Lavish Picnic at Martha Stewart's Bedford home.

Leave it to Martha Stewart to host a fabulous fete in her Bedford backyard! So many fabulous details and filled with inspiration..!! Love the main centerpiece, done with white Japanese beauty berry branches and peegee hydrangea. Wood cake stands where used to display different vintage inkwells. Very simple and chic...!

For the buffet menu a rustic spread was set to mimic the farmer's market. Love the box setting, it's different and rustic. I am definitely saving this for future entertaining inspiration. Even for a kids party you can use tray settings in fun colors..!! another cute detail that I love, garden scissors were placed next to rosemary and basil so guests could snip fresh herbs into their dishes.... so rustic chic!

To end such lavish fete a three square buttercream cakes -- one vanilla, one chocolate, and one marble to symbolize the new union...!! Martha never disappoints...!

Hope you are having a great day!

Oh, I just love this. I'm inspired now. I'm looking for wood cake pedestals. I wonder where those are from.
