Another yummy way to make it pink is to add grenadine.

Hi, I just found your recipe on Pinterest and it sounds delish. I'm from Australia and I'm not sure what unrefined sugar is still after some research! Can I just ask if the sugar you are using is white sugar, or super fine sugar (caster sugar?), or if it's even a form of brown sugar? thanks so much! Jodie
