Healthy Snack: Strawberry and Peanut Butter Toast!

If you are looking for a fresh, healthy snack, how about a toast full of fiber, healthy fat, beneficial antioxidants and vitamin c? Pick a bread that is high in fiber and has lots of grain {1 slice high brand 8health bread has 70 calories and 7gr of fiber}, add 1 tbsp of peanut butter {1 tbsp has 85 calories and 1gr fiber} and some delicious and fresh strawberries {1 cup is 45 calories and has 3gr of fiber}. And voila, you have a tempting, spring looking snack with only 200 calories and full of nutrients!!

This sounds really good. I tried it recently with apples and thats good too. It’s much more of a crunch but that’s what I love.
