...I just can't wait to get back home and have a peach bellini!! Plus the edible stars add such a glam touch!
Society Sparkler
* ½ large white peach (roughly chopped)
* ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 1½ tablespoons sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
* Champagne
* Edible gold glitter stars
In a food processor add peach, lemon juice, sugar and cardamom. Blend until smooth. Rim each glass with lemon wedge and then dip into a plate of glitter stars. Next carefully add 2 tablespoons of mixture to each glass and top with champagne. Pour champagne in slowly as not to disturb the beautiful rim! Cheers!

I can hardly wait for the New Zealand summer to try this drink!

I have those star sprinkles and that's such a good idea to use them on the rim of a fancy cocktail! I'm totally going to do that!
Looks delicious! I could go for one right now.
Cheers!

Peach Bellini's are my favourite! I'm waiting for next summer (here in Aus) to make them - they take me back to Italy.. x
This sounds wonderful!
Have a fantastic weekend!
I did this with gold flakes and champagne once but I love the stars! I am definitely going to have to try and find some.
I saw these edible gold glitter stars at Michaels this week and thought to myself about how awesome they were for baked goods - BUT they are so awesome on this cocktail! I would have never thought of that! LOVE IT!
It's pretty too!! xo
