Love the idea of making a pizza crust in no time....specially if it tastes better than the regular bought pizza... and it only took 10 minutes!!!! And fill it with veggies and have an easy and healthy recipe!
Here is the recipe:
No-Rise Pizza Crust {makes four 9-inch pizzas}
Ingreditens
* 1 c. water, heated to 110 degrees
* 1 tbsp. olive oil
* 1 tbsp. sugar
* 1 envelope (2 1/4 tsp.) rapid-rise or instant yeast
* 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
* 1 c. whole wheat flour
* 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
* 1 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Whisk water, oil, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Allow yeast to proof for 5 minutes.
3. Pulse flours, parmesan, and salt in food processor until combined.
4. Add flour mixture into yeast mixture, and stir until combined. Quickly knead dough until it comes together.
5. Divide dough into four equal parts. On a floured surface, roll out dough into 9-inch rounds. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
6. Add pizza sauce or homemade pesto. Top with veggies and cheese, a dash of salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
..and voila, you have a super home-made pizza!

This looks so yummy and I"ve been looking for a recipe (very lazily, so this just fell in my lap)! I'm adding it to the menu for this week!
Seriously looks so delish! I had a cold last week and made the mistake of having pizza and I couldn't taste it. So now I'm super excited to eat pizza again now that I can taste again! This might be what I'm making tonight! THANKS.
