DIY: Sunglasses Organization

How do you organize your sunglasses? I tried everything... keep in their box, display them on a cute tray, inside a drawer...and always the same result, glasses all over, untidy, getting scratches. I'm hoping hanging my sunglasses, using a nice vintage frame is the final it looks like a fun closet display!

Here is the step by step:

You will need:
* steel wire
* screw eyes
* tape measure
* ice pick
* scissors
* pencil

1. Figure out the general layout and how many frames per wire you are going to put.
2. Measure where to make the first hole and mark with the pencil.

3. Use the ice pick to create a small hole.
4. Twist the screw eye into the hole until it’s in place

5. Secure the wire by twisting around the screw eye
6. Pull the wire so that it’s very taut and secure on the other end.

7. Hang sunglasses and display it!

It looks super easy... and literally can't wait to get my sunglasses organized! How do you organize you glasses?

Great idea ! I always keep them in their cases but then I never know which ray bans are in which case?! and then the horrible scratches (on my mirrored marc jacobs... :( )

I must do this ! Thanks for sharing !

I definitely need to do this. Mine are thrown around everywhere.

This is the only thing I've ever used that actually works. I have 2 small ones hanging on the wall instead of one big one like this
